PAL Format
Please add $5 per tape for conversion to the European video standard
(if needed.) Always be sure to specify which format you need if you
live in a PAL country (mostly Europe, Africa, Australia, and parts
of Asia.) The $5 additional fee covers our costs for equipment to
convert the tape format. Since shipping overseas is so costly, please
be sure to indicate PAL format if desired.

Video Formats - NTSC vs. PAL
If you are ordering from outside of North America, you should know
the tape format of your VCR. The PAL format is used in Europe, Africa,
and most of Asia, whereas the NTSC (Standard to us) format is used
in North America and Japan. If you are not sure about which format
you use, please e-mail us and we will help you decide. If you
order the wrong video format, you will be charged for re-shipping
your videos in the correct format! |
Delivery Time
Shipping within the US is usually 2 to 3 days, so you can expect
your order within 1 week from the time we receive it. We use US
Priority Mail for domestic delivery.
Outside the US, delivery times vary from a few days to a few weeks.
Customers in Mexico should let us use Fed Ex for shipping because
orders often do not ever arrive otherwise. If you live in a country
where there are mail delivery problems, you should consider this
option as well. Contact us (email - tnv at tnvideo.com) for a
price quote.
If you want to get your order fast, contact
us (email - tnv at tnvideo.com) for a FedEx price quote. Note that FedEx will not deliver
to US PO boxes. |
Packaging
Packaging is plain and shows the return address as "TNV Communications."
There is no indication of the contents for US orders on the outside
of
the package. For international orders we are required to state the
contents
(we usually say "Magnetic media" or "Video cassettes")
for customs purposes.

Problem Solving
Please contact us right away if there is a problem with your order.
All defective tapes will be replaced free of charge. We will not
exchange tapes for anything but a copy of the same tape.
If you have not received your order after one week in the USA,
or 3 weeks in foreign countries, please let us know and we will
look into the matter. |
