| RETURN POLICY |
Thursday Night Video guarantees the quality of all tapes. All
defective tapes and DVD's will be replaced free of charge. We will
not exchange
products for anything but a copy of the same tape or DVD. In the
case of a DVD purchase that is not compatible with your player,
TNV will either exchange for a cassette version or offer store
credit.

| TERMS & CONDITIONS |
When ordering VHS tapes, please be sure of which format you need. For more details, see our Pricing,
Ordering & Shipping page. If you order the wrong video format, you will be charged for re-shipping your videos in the correct format!
Shipping within the US is usually 2 to 3 days, so you can expect
your order within 1 week from the time we receive it. We use US
Priority Mail for domestic delivery.
Outside the US, delivery times vary from a few days to a few weeks.
Customers in Mexico should let us use Fed Ex for shipping because
orders often do not ever arrive otherwise. If you live in a country
where there are mail delivery problems, you should consider this
option as well. Contact us (email - tnv@tnvideo.com) for a
price quote.
If you want to get your order fast, contact
us (email - tnv@tnvideo.com) for
a FedEx price quote. Note that FedEx will not deliver to US PO
boxes.
